how do i get it down?

i was putting in my contacts and one of my contacts rolled up to the back of my eye. how do i get it down.

look down , feel it under skin , try to move it down and here you go , good luck

I keep moving my eye around when that happens. You can try flushing but I have always just kept moving eye until it works its way down.

I pull my upper lid out and look up and down slowly until it moves down where I can get to it. Bad contact! BAD! BAD!
