You have nothing to be afraid of. Stay yourself and they'll like you. Don't try to be somebody you're not, you couldn't possibly keep that up for life!

When you meet your new foster parents, get them to talk about themselves. Why they chose to be foster parents? What their house rules are, and how they would handle certain situations that you might find yourself in, or ask them what difficulty they have had in the past with foster children and how they handled it. Handle it like an interview. Most, but not all, foster parents do this out of the goodness of their heart. And they want you to like them just as much as you want to be liked.

think of it this way, Jesus has the same problem too. What would Jesus do? He would give unconditional love. You want to make a good impression. Love your foster parents as if they were your REAL parents because, they now are your REAL parents. Understand them and respect them and follow their rules. If you have some issues, voice them in a pleasant manner.
Good Luck, and Gob Bless you all.

You don't have to. They will like you no matter what. That's what even foster parents do!

Just be as nice to them as you want them to be to you. Be polite, be considerate. Clean up after yourself and help around the house. That isn't just your job, it's everyone's job. Be trustworthy and try to trust them. Let them love you. It is a difficult task moving in with strangers and developing a loving bond. Just do your best. When you need someone to talk to, talk to them.

Just don't be a terror; be polite and respectful. Talk to them and get to know them; think of them as friends you want hang out with.
If they are good foster parents they'll be very accepting of you. :>
