Thats a good question!! I think the gov't would allow it, as long as that alien helped us develop newer technologies to further our military superiority over every other country. (as if one hasn't already in the 1950's but that another issue.) Our government would feel that this alien would make a positive contribution to our society, whereas illegal aliens from other countries (in the eyes of the US Gov't not necessarily my own) do not. The government would attempt to cover it up, but if it should get out to the press, they would simply justify it by saying that it is not a Human Being and that the government only regulates immigration amongst human beings, other species of animals are allowed to come and go as they wish. Since an alien from outer space is not a human being, immigration laws do not apply to him as they dont apply to birds flying south for the winter. Thanx for the great question though, it realy got my imagination flowing!!

I don't think an alien from outerspace would be subject to the same classifications as the rest of humanity. In fact, the nations of the world would be fighting to make he/she/it an honorary citizen of that nation.

I don't think they woud be that tough to do it..If you can calculate and transcend time and space you deserve to be here. That would Make for an intelligence far greater than the usual Border Jumpers.

Facetious question - right? The USA does not have any political agreements with nations not on this planet - we would have heard about that, I think? Regardless, since we could not identify the source of the resident, we could hardly deport him/her/it, could we?

In order to avoid the inevitable violation, I will answer the question directly first: YES any illegal alien (of this world on another) should be deported to their place of origin.

No. but the employers who attracted this "alien from outer space" should be prosecuted for ILLEGALLY hiring the alien. you see without a demand there is not supply.... it simple Econ. 101.
until you understand this issue people like you will continue to talk about green people from outer space instead of looking at viable options to solving this immigration dilemma!!!!!!!

Of course not. If they can make it here from another galaxy, I would assume that they have technology we could learn from, and I doubt seriously if they would want welfare or ID theft as their agenda for being here!

If he works for cheap and rallies to stay here, I say let him. Its funny how politicians listen to people who cant vote.
