Defending someone from a false witness is always right for Christians. I do think we should be careful, lest we stumble, but I count myself among the worst of sinners. Since I know I am not above the Apostle Paul, I guess that includes Vile Temptress, since if I break one commandment, I have broken them all.

Not female here, so I cannot be a temptress...
However I am "one of those" who question everything and thinks for himself. I also really appreciate those traits in a woman.
Given the original VT here got that name by not blindly accepting the literalistic reading of Saul/Paul's misogynistic rantings, I'd think most non-fundie christian women would be "vile temptresses".

Heck, I'm the original "vile temptress" and one of Chosen by God's supposed "Unholy Trinity of Jezebels" and I'm a Christian!
I don't really go around seducing men in tight dresses and stilettos in real life. But sometimes you just gotta play along. The troll was not listening to reason so we decided to embrace his label of "Vile Temptress" and go with it. It's been fun. :)

As a Christian, I think this has been very funny,
in all of my years of studying the bible I have never found
a scripture that says we are to lose our sense of humor.
but I have found several that say we are not to judge.
perhaps they thing that their lives are so perfect that they
can stand up for judgment.
let him without sin, cast the first stone.
in this instance the stones are words.
It must be awful, to have that boring a life.
