I have seen this kind of material written on bumper stickers on back of cars and trucks.
All kinds of people who come knocking on my door trying to save my soul also seem to agree that no matter what Christans do they will be fully forgiven.
First of all let me say I as a HIndu reverve Christ. In many Hindu homes there are shrine rooms or a little shrine corner depending on the size of the home and of course beliefs. It is not uncommon to see deities from all faiths including pictures of Christ placed there with reverance.
I get told that inspite of this I will end up in Hell to burn for eternity while people who commit henious crimes if they simply ask for forgiveness in the name of Jesus can go scott free!
Lets forget for a start if this is true or not. My immediate concern is , Does not this kind of belief encourage crime and nullify any fear of Sin? I would think this kind of thinking destroyes morality in society as as is clearly evident today,

Again my concern at this time is not if this kind of belief is valid or not. Even for the sake of argument if I accept such thinking, Should not the church or whatever downplay this kind of preaching as it certainly in view encourage crime and screw up society and any culture?

Says WHO? none of the claims are necessarily TRUE for sure.
Most people believe whatever they want to believe and damn the evidence to the contrary. Also most come up with a system that blesses or forgives their short comings while expectation more from others than they expect of themselves.... just my experience. I don't know what to believe in any more.

First of all, that is the lamest excuse of all time. You hear people claiming to be Christians saying this very thing and continuing to live in sin. The thing about a Christian being forgiven for sin, after accepting Christ as their Savior, is that they are not walking in sin doing all the things they use to because you must repent and turn from your sin. Repentance means forsaking and walking away from the life you once lived.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
You will know them by the fruit they bear.

People who think like that have set themselves above the laws they push on other people. They think because of their personal beliefs that this removes all responsibility on their part and gives them freedom to judge and condemn as they see fit. Of course, they quote verses and claim that it is not them that is doing the condemning, but God through the Bible. This is ridiculous as it is still the individual who picked the verses based on limited knowledge of the condemned's personal beliefs. They believe a label such as Hindu or Pagan are in themselves a complete definition for ALL of it's practioners... but deny others in their own group when they step out of their own boundaries, giving us the "But those aren't True Christians". In the end it does destroy morality. They see themselves above reproach, but fail to realize that when you do the things you condemn others for that you look worse than the condemned. It's a childish word game that usually ends up killing someone's spirit... all because they have an insatiable need to be "right".

When we accept Christ it is true that we are forgiven. But, when we truly are walking with Christ, then we will not have the desire to sin. Yes, we all make mistakes, but we are more conscience of the things that we do and we strive to please God in everything that we do. If someone has accepted Christ and is just walking around thinking that they are free now to do whatever they want, then they are sorely mistaken. That does not mean that they are not a true Christian, there are many with this attitude. But, they are very immature and need to study the Word of God and grow in their walk with the Lord.

Well, the whole point is that if someone is truly forgiven, and truly chooses to follow Jesus, wherever they came from to make that decision, they are re-born after the spirit and become a new person. I believe the Hindus have a similar belief of the possibility of this, but if I'm wrong, please forgive my ignorance. I've never had the opportunity to study your beliefs, and I assure you I intend no offense. But by being reborn after the spirit, one seeks to live a life that exemplifies the life of Jesus, as our goal is to become, daily, more like Him. Every man has sinned, and every man is in dire need of forgiveness. Once obtained, if this does not produce in you a desire to emulate the One who died to provide for your forgiveness, you have not truly accepted Him, and there are MANY who are this way. Christianity is more than a lifestyle, it is more than a way of living; it is a state of being. Sin is anathema to the Christian, absolutely poisonous. We sin, but we can't live with it, and we can't live in it. If we sin, almost all of us go stright to God for forgiveness, because we just can't be comfortable with that stain.

No because the scriptures are clear - we do not have a license to sin then to merely repent after. We cannot purposefully sin thinking, "I can do this and then just ask forgiveness later"
That is abusing God's grace. Jesus even repeatedly said that those who claim to follow him and yet overlook their sin or wicked ways would almost be better if they had never been born.

First a Christan, shouldn't want to commit a heinous act because it would go against the teachings. I can not speak for other branches, but for Catholics to be forgiven we must confess what we have done and make sincere attempts to change for the better and not commit that sin again and do penance to show that we are trying.

I can understand your concern about people who think they can do anything evil and not suffer consequences. However, I think people who think like that aren't really getting the message that Jesus gave us, and quite possibly don't really believe in Jesus, but rather are just finding justification for their desire to do evil.
But, GOD knows the hearts of those men, and Jesus will judge them accordingly. Try not to worry about the wickedness of other men's hearts. let evil be evil and good be good. concern yourself with shining the light and protecting yourself from the evil that lurks.
We can't control the world (even though we think we can). Just hold firm to your faith, and let the light of GOD shine through your love for others. The goodness in your heart will help to destroy the evil in the world.

Yes it does promote sin, it is too easy in Christian myth to be forgiving. There should be some guarantee not to repeat the sin to gain forgiveness. Too many dark-age atrocities were done because a priest was on hand to forgive any sins.
