Ok I watch Doctor who on BBC America because I live in America and I was wanting to know if there was a reason Rose was taken off the show. Did she quit, was she fired, or was it simply changing the Doctor's Companion?

Billie quit, time to move on, new roles, fresh challenges. The usual.
Companions come and go, and to be honest, Rose's character couldn't go any further anyway.
Who knows, in 20 years time or so The Doctor may stumble upon her again and you can get as excited as I was at the return of Sarah Jane lol

Doctor Who companions have traditionally lasted only a couple of years, and it is often a mutual decision. In this case, I think it was the right time for her to go. She would have started to get repetitive if she had gone much longer.
