back acne is tough for creams , an antibiotic like tetracycaline would be best.

I had the same problem. There is no cure for acne, but there are measures a person can take in order to control it. I had used various methods, but the best one is to go to the doctor, they can see what medication will work the best, and as time passes, the acne should be under-control. There are no quick fix treatments, even washing your back with soap for ten minutes a day will not solve your friend's problem. As a 22 year old, I can safely say that I no longer have bacne, but it has taken years to place it under-control.

A good acne system and tanning work well.
Back acne is not the worst thing on earth. Most teenagers a young adults have it to some degree.
Acnefree severe is a great system, It works well. Ive found it to work better than proactive and its about half the price. Using that, and some sunscreen in a tanning bed will really help clear it up.
Also, going on birthcontrol helps a lot of women get rid of any kind of acne, since acne is caused by hormones.

your friend needs to find a good acne body wash. this will help keep the oil in her skin under control. I have found a great product set called all clear. you can get it at beauticontrol.com the set is like 40 bucks but I can tell you it works great. you get a cleanser, scrub, toner, and moisterizer in the set. it cleared up my acne with in a month and it didnt over dry my skin.. good luck to your friend

well, if she avoids swimming then i'm sure she is very well aware that she has bacne. She probably thought you wouldnt judge her, mistake on her part. I'm sure she has tried to treat it many times. Just leave her alone. It will go away as you get older. And try not to be so judgemental of your friends

Try regular toothpaste. The floride in it dries out the acne. It's best to leave it on over night. The next morning wash it off.

Ok Well acne is normal when you are growing up. Tell your "friend" to go to a dermatologist and the dermatologist can give her something to stop it! Hope that helped you!

neutrogena makes a product specifically for back acne, if it is too expensive, any product that has salicylic acid in it will prevent further breakouts
