Probably not. Why do your legs hurt?????

1. Do you drink plenty of water during the day?
2. Do you warm up and stretch before & after running?
3. Do you take your time and not try to overdo it?
4. Do you run on concrete or uneven surfaces?
5. Do you have good shoes?
6. Are your legs sore or have you injured them?

Run for maybe 5 minutes then stretch and then run for as long as you usually do. You must warm up your muscles before you stretch otherwise you have a greater chance to pull something.

no, but if you wanted a supplement that will help some ppl think that potassium helps but i say do a short, slow jog to warm up your muscles then stretch. also if your not drinking enough water then your muscles may begin to tighten up so be sure to drink lots of water when you run
