Think about, what sins does being crucified really absolve us from.

I mean the fact that we allow orpahns to die from starvation everyday says more about the sins of mankind then letting a man who claims to be the saviour die on a cross.

There isn't a cure for AIDS. What do you want us to do about it when we can't even cure people in our own country of that?

I agree with you on the starvation, though. I heard a statistic that said if we spent the same amount of money America spends on weight loss every year on curing world hunger, we'd have more than enough money to do so.

That's how big the multi billion dollar weight loss industry is. Ironic, huh?

Not sure what point you're trying to make about Jesus. I'm sure you're just showing contempt for Christians, that's the trendy thing to do these days isn't it? Damn them for spreading the message of hope and morality around the world. Damn them!

I understand your concern for these children. AID'S orphans die because of the sinful nature of man. Jesus died to take the place of sinful man's nature.

Jesus, being God is the only qualified sacrifice that can be made for our forgiveness. Jesus' sacrifice is to take our place for all of the sins that we have committed, no one else is qualified to do that for us.

When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior we, as Christians, become His hands and feet (workers). We are to go and help orphans and widows in their distress with our work and our money. This is what following Jesus is about and giving our money is about.

Sin is a human invention just like god so nobody dying for sin makes any difference whatsoever, other than I guess, to the dead person
