i checked all the links out for them both and I have to agree a 70% rating is just not possible. If the other users says he told the other users and they have verified he did that his 43 votes were to bring you out into the opening then it worked. Good for him, his story checks, your's does not. Any other thoughts from people? I do not want to kick a dead horse but I missed answering the question being out of town. thanks all. Id hate to think I was not reading answers as best that are not really best due to ballot stuffing.

thank you for checking both links and investigating yourself and making your own conclusions. That is all I can ask of people to do.
I still have no answer as to why someone would want to, it is not a game or competition.
