You sure you didn't miss a decimal point somewhere because according to that it would be 9463,000 watts and that can't be right.
Look on the name plate find the amperes it pulles and multiply that by the 120 assuming you are in U.S. and it is a 120 volt micro wave. That'll give you a rough estimate of the wattage.
Just reading the serial number I thinking it will be rated at a 1000 watts to 1100 watts of cooking power.
