Try carsdirect.com, they will quote you a no haggle price online and then work with a local dealership to get you the car you want. However, they may not necessarily work with a dealership that's near you (my sister bought a car through them and ended up getting it from a dealership 30 miles away).

Are a BJ's or AAA member? They offer a service like that. I'll haggle with the dealer for you for a small fee.

No price is ever no haggle. they can be very little haggle, there is a store called carmax here that puts decent sticker prices on their cars but they refuse to bargain. not one penny. you can find better deals at other places.

GO TO YOUR BANK AND ASK THEM TO ASSIST YOU, MOST BANKS DO THIS FOR FREE AND THEY WILL CONTACT THE DEALER FOR YOU.
