Try carsdirect.com, they will quote you a no haggle price online and then work with a local dealership to get you the car you want. However, they may not necessarily work with a dealership that's near you (my sister bought a car through them and ended up getting it from a dealership 30 miles away).

Are a BJ's or AAA member? They offer a service like that. I'll haggle with the dealer for you for a small fee.

No price is ever no haggle. they can be very little haggle, there is a store called carmax here that puts decent sticker prices on their cars but they refuse to bargain. not one penny. you can find better deals at other places.
