Drink some senna tea. That stuff really works. When I started eating activia, just for the heck of it not because i had a problem, i became very irregular for like a month or more. I drank some senna tea(comes from senna leaf get it at health food stores) and in 6-8 hours EVERYTHING for the past month started coming out. Only problem is, you'll be like that the whole day and maybe the next if there's alot so dont plan on going anywhere...and I also ate nothing but fruits and vegetables that day

First things first, do you EAT? Constipation can be a side-effect of diets. Second thing, do you eat enough fibers? Finally, if you take laxatives every day (as in drinking prune juice so often) it will stop working.

Try benefiber or metamucil instead.

There are 2 reasons for constipation:water, you dont drink water(2-3l per day),or your diet is without enough fibres(25g per day). You should do a detox program(fibre+aloe juice),drink water and eat properly;and you can try some green tea at night, before you go to bed,or in the morning on an empty stomach.

sweety apple juice makes u constipated.. eat sof fruits like pineapple, BANANAS!!, pears , peaches green beans etc soft things. when u eat ur body sucks in all the liquid and nutrients from the solid food so it becomes even drier it needs something to push it out--apples work but if u are constipated ALREADY apple-anything serves no justice..

Constipation is an indication that you need to detox (or clean) your body. The best way to do this (whiling relieving your constipation problem) is to stop eating processed/refined foods like white bread products, white rice, sugary low-fiber cereals, and junk foods, and to start eating fiber-rich whole foods (like fruits and vegetables, nuts, and whole-grains). Fiber is known to speed up the transit time of food and increases the size of stool (fecal bulk), thereby helping prevent constipation and hemorrhoids. Follow these rules and you will go to the bathroom, I promise you.

Eat a whole-grain cereal in the morning. (Try Nature's Path cereals-- their cereals are very high in fiber..up to 11 grams per 3/4 cup! Everytime I eat this cereal, I have to go to the bathroom afterwards.)

Snack on fruits, vegetables, and nuts. (Snack ideas: baby carrots dipped in hummus, apple with peanut butter, or fruit and nut bar).

Eat whole-grain bread instead of white bread.

Limit the amount of meat you eat. This is harder for your body to digest and may contribute to your constipation.

Drink lots of water. This will help flush out your system of toxins and speed up its elimination.

Just make sure you make these changes gradually because the extra fiber could be too shocking to your system and might cause abdominal discomfort, gas, and diarrhea, and block the gastrointestinal (GI) tract if you add it too fast.

2 or 4 level teaspoons of epsom salts in 8 ounces of water will work every time. it takes a couple of hours to work but it works every time. you probably won't be able to leave the house for a few hours until your systems is completely flushed out.

you have to make sure in future you get 25-35g of fiber a day and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
