Hey there :) It's doable... and it really doesn't take all that much. I've done this without even really trying. I had lost a taste for fast food for a while, ended up drinking mostly water, flavored with lemon or cucumber (or you can now buy bottled low-sugar drinks, even Powerade has Powerade Option -low sugar-), and diet soda once in a while. Stayed busy and active (if you want to exercise you can, but I just kept busy, stayed active having fun with friends.) then just watch portions of how much you eat. Usually I got busy enough to where I'd eat when I felt I needed more energy or my stomach growled. Don't cut OUT food, just cut down. Cut out greasy/fried stuff and high sugar content foods. I had lost 25 pounds within 2 months. Well, good luck! Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Try to eat only 1500 calories a day and exercising everyday to every other day. Eat healthy food as much as possible and drink lemon-water throughout the day and it will help you suppress your appetite Also do not drink any soda all month(diet and regular). So causes most people to gain weight. Also have fun while you still can. When you exercise do something fun like swimming, jumping on a trampoline, or hanging out at a park. Drink more water. Also get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Hope i helped.

Get out from in front of the computer, go outdoors and start taking part in some kind of active sports. Walk, run or play ball as long as you are doing something.

That worked for me (25 pounds worth) between my last two years of high school.

Eat healthy and exercise.
I jsut started my new job as an assistant manager. I'm on my feet all day and because I live so close I ride my bike to work.
Despite eating fast food everyday i lost 10 pounds.
