Faithful men or women are rare in this population of earth. Faithful to God's commands and willing to do the work set before Christians.
There are a great many who will falsely tell you how faithful they are with great showmanship. They prove false to the cause but the danger is having other people believe and follow them. This puts their blood on the false leader's hands. Other scriptures point to a time in our near future where God will order the earth cleansed and His order brought back. Only those proving to have been faithful doing God's work will survive.
Several places in the Bible you recall, where faithful servants were put in charge of the owner's properties. When the owner returned, always there was reward for the one faithful to the owner, who kept the properties safe and secure but scorn or worse for those who abandoned their posts.

A faithful man doesn't proclaim his own goodness, as the bible says, "There is no one who is good, no, not one" The natural man will talk about how good he is as though this will be worth something in heaven, it is boasting. A faithful man is humble and doesn't boast.

Most men claim to be loyal and faithful but it is really hard to find a man who truly is faithful.

The entire bible is open to interpretation, that's why religion changes with society over the years, NO one can interpret it better than you can, only differently, your guess is as good as mine, the pastures, and as John Doe, the only reason you even posted this here was to see if it would match what you hope it does.
Just remember the entire bible is up for interpretation, as it always has been.

Again I say unto you I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, I follow only the Words He spoke.
For Jesus said, a prophet that come only in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward, and a righteous man that come in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward
Your righteousness must be greater than the righteousness of them who teach you, for they say and do not.
For the Jew's said we have our laws and our laws say that He should die.
Why do you call me good, for only one is good,

I think the faithful man is referred to someone who is committed to God and His statues, living for Him totally and renouncing anything that is contrary to His laws.
I hope this helps !!!!
God Bless!!!
