I've found a trade site that lists hundreds of businesses around the world for single and wholesale products.

I'm going to order an ipod from one of them in China but just wanted to ask if anyone else has ordered from china? They said it will come with an apple gaurantee and the site looks credible but I just got an email from them saying they have changed their email address... could this be a sign that they are scammers 'running away' from their old email addess?

Could you tell me your experiences or recommend a site that you have used before? Thanks

I forgot to mention... their new email address is 'fairtradetrustme76@.......' and it's under the name sally wang even though she's called sofia. I know a lot of foreign people take on english names but should I be weary of her?

Very fishy.

Anyone with "trustme" in their email address probably has a reason to state that.

Do you think Apple gives special deals to warehouses in China?

I would take my money to apple or Ebay (trusted seller with lots of feedback)

95% of electrical items purchased from China will fail within a few weeks (the other 5% are scams).

You will have no guarantee and no comeback when it breaks, no matter what they tell you. Think about it - if anything goes wrong, what are you going to do? The 'seller' is 4,000 miles away...

Spend your money wisely - buy from a shop in this country.

If you pay with a credit card and the product doesn't match what they say it is, then call the credit card company and have them cancel payment saying that a contract was broken.

if they say it is an apple product and it isn't do that and you will get your money back

use a credit card on all internet purchases, paypal is good too.
