Yes, blind people do dream. What they see in their dreams depends on how much they could ever see. If someone has been totally blind since birth, they only have auditory dreams. If someone such as I, has had a measure of sight, then that person dreams with that measure of sight.

Auditory dreams only.
However, it's another example of just how important dreams are to us. Whatever it is that dreams really do for us, it must be a very important function.

I don't know. Maybe they dream about the world they know about from their other senses.

they probably will dream about what they are told and how their other senses would translate that to them
