My puppy is a wolf and husky mix she is only four months old and over night just her pupil turned cloudy. I didn't see it the night before and she was perfectly fine but the next morning when I went to change my dogs water I noticed when she came up to me her left eye was shut and gooey. She couldn't open her eye because it was so gooey so I wiped her eye with water and it looked swollen but I left for work thinking she had pink eye so I got the stuff I needed and when I came home and cleaned her eye it was really opaque. Her eye this morning is still opaque she seems to be acting normal running around ruff housing with the other dog but she still gets a little bit of a runny eye. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I intend on taking her to the vet but at least some answers would ease my mind until I get the vet on tuesday. Any answers would be helpful Thank you.

It's more likely it's an eye injury. Take her to the vet. She will need antibiotics.

ADD:
Tuesday is quite a long time to wait. I would call around and see if you can be seen earlier.

iT SOUNDS LIKE SHE MAY HAVE SOME KIND OF INFECTION OR INJURY.
IN SOME CASES WAITING FOR 5 DAYS CAN END UP IN NOT BEING ABLE TO BE TREATED AND THE DOG MAY LOOSE SIGHT.
MY SISTER HAD A 3 WEEK OLD PUP THAT STARTEED THAT AND SHE KEPT THE EYE FOR 3 DAYS AND THEN TOOK THE PUP IN TO THE VETS AND THE EYE HAD AN INJURY ( NOT SURE WHAT CAUSED IT) THE VET SAID THE EYE HAS BEEN SAVED BUT WILL ALWAYS NEED TREATMENT AND IF SHE HAD WAITED ANOTHER DAY OR TWO THE PUP MAY HAVE HAD TO HAVE THE EYE REMOVED.

you cant get to the vet till tuesday, but it sucks because if its swollen you cant put anything in the eyes like visine to soothe the eyes, if the eyes arent swollen the visine helps alot with the cataracts in young dogs but it needs vet attention now, even if you dont go yet you can still call them

this is unquestionably of large undertaking and you ought to seek for veterinary suggestion on the instant, failing to seek for help in this sort of subject might desire to be deemed via many as forget. At worst your doggy might desire to lose the sight in that eye, veterinary interest collectively as high priced might save it or avert added deterioration. Your cat isn't nasty it extremely is basically showing organic behaviour. His or her existence-sort has replaced critically and you're all going to ought to make transformations. in step with probability you may introduce them greater steadily and supply day out via giving them separate places for no less than most of the time. it is plausible to maintain dogs and cats collectively fortunately and your doggy is a proper age for creation in spite of the shown fact that it won't be able to be rushed and the two events ought to take transport of time to alter and bond. desire this permits Nicola

She needs a vet sooner. She has an infection that could impair her vision if not properly treated sooner.
