I HAD windows xp but upgraded to vista, Is it possble go me to go back to XP?

Of course it is. Simply run the install disk of Win XP and do a quick format when it asks or run the manufactures restore disk.

yeaifu have windows xp install disc, or xp reinstall disc that came with ur computer.

if so just boot it with ur cd drive.
