If you actually do the DVD's you have a chance! I suggest for short term crunches like yours to do 2 days working out and 1 day rest instead of the one on, one off. But this is not good for long term as it will wreak havoc on your body. Also, try many different styles of salads using olive oil and a variety of vinegars instead of fatty dressings to replace at least one meal a day. Eat lots of fruits and raw veggies and drink 80-90 oz. (no more, it could do damage) water every day!

Yeah, watch those carbs! That will help. But, personally, I say take out a few stitches in that dress and enjoy yourself. Who's going to notice a few pounds, but you? All eyes will be on the bride. Relax and have some fun!

yep, you should, drink lots and lots of water, eat salad and fresh fruits/veggies. also, start working your butt off...run for at least an hour every morning and evening. also, you may want to consider going into a sauna, that will squeeze out some water weight, but make sure you are drinking a lot of water, which is a natural diuretic.

hey Holly,

don't forget to drink skim milk and eat skim yogurt... calcium is VERY important for fat loss!!! Also don't forget eating 1 oz walnuts a day... omega3s too are essential in order to get (and keep) lean.
