I tried the Secret Clinical Strength deodorant and it works great, keeps me dry all day except after a few days of using it, I started to get an allergic reaction from it. I started to get a rash under my arms so I stopped using it. After the rash cleared up, I tried it again and the same thing happened after a few days of using it. I'm pretty bummed out now because the Secret Clinical Strength deo was the only one that seemed to keep me completely dry and odor free during the summer months and now I can't use it. :( Does anyone know if the kind of deodorant a doctor prescribes is exactly the same as the Secret Clinical Strength one or do they prescribe a totally different kind of deodorant?

The term "clinical" strenght is a selling point. It does not necessarily mean that a doctor would prescribe it. If oyu are getting a rash from it, something in it is irritating to your skin and you should stop using it.

What about using it every other day instead of daily? Have you tried using less at each application. Have you tried Mitchum? I got to where I could use it only once every 3 or 4 days, daily use cause the same reaction you are experiencing.

Actually skip the commercials, go to a doctor and get something that works and won't make you rash.

My daughter has heavy sweating problems, so she is a afraid to wear shirts, she just wears tanks.....I took her to the doctor and he had a great solution. It costs more, but thanks to my husbands medical plan, it was covered.

Look into it at some point, my daughter sufferered embarrassment, self doubt, etc, it happens but temperature or deodarant/anti perspirants that work for me won't work for her, or you.......Look into a doctor visit, it might change your life.
