If you already have the date and time of the test, then you should be OK. Call the DMV and confirm the time and date of the test and ask them about the letter. That way you won't make a trip for nothing. Good luck on the test

Yes, shouldnt be a problem. The examiner will come out of their office and call your name in the waiting room.
You will not get your test if you dont have both parts of your licence and your theory test pass certificate. They are essential.

Yes, the DMV sucks, but they're not THAT disorganized. They'll know who's supposed to have the appointment.
