all in a row, repeat at night. Only wait until your face has absorbed in the toner - (and you pat dry after you wash).

I would wash with warm water (it helps open your pores), use toner, let it dry completely, and then use moisturizer. The only reason to leave time between them is if they all have some sort of acne medicine in them: benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. If this is the case, it might be best to spread them out a bit.

Simply wash your face with a foaming face wash, then use a face scrub to scuff away any dead skin. Straight after, use a toner on the skin and feel your face tingle.
After awhile of trying different rountines, I've found this one to be the best! Give it a try.

1] after cleansing, pat face dry with towel
2] after toning, let dry before moisturizing
Otherwise, all the toner and moisturizer will be diluted.

No, you can do them all in order, right after each other. Wash your face, then tone it, then moisturize. You don't have to wait any special time for the toning or moisturizing.

I personally do not use any thing, I use just plain warm water, I have never had a skin problem, and I am 42 yrs of age and every one thinks I am 25. I use plain warm water with a wash cloth and it works great.
