Ouch, that's bad. Never ever let a fuel inject car run out of gas. I don't know the exact answer, but there's an awesome friendly mechanic on the radio on the weekends you can call. The station is KTSA 550 AM out of San Antonio, but they stream online. His name is Steve Gehrlein and he's a really honest, good guy. Give him a call during the show and he'll get you squared away.
Airs: Saturday 11am - 1pm / Sunday 1pm - 4pm
Phone: 1-800-599-KTSA
Don't worry- he's a good guy and won't talk down to you or make you feel bad. He'll get you squared away.

Try checking you positive and negative battery cables. If they are not making a proper connection you won't be able to get the amount of voltage needed to start your engine. I had this problem once when I was in high school and I drove my truck to school just fine but when I went out to my truck after school let out it wouldnt turn over. It just clicked repeatedly. So I got in and wiggled the battery cables and it fired right up. Then went home and tightened them. Might not be the case in your situation but that's what the problem was in mine.

Your battery is ineffective . The lights fixtures and radio probable paintings simply by fact starter automobiles take plenty extra potential to commence . Jumper cables could have worked yet charging your battery may be the obtrusive first decision. in basic terms turn on the ignition and notice the dashboard for any warning lights fixtures (oil engine etc).in case you cost your battery and it nonetheless does not commence, get a sparkling starter motor is in place. even although i'm especially optimistic that the starter motor is screwed try the extra value-effective option first and get your battery charged. desire this facilitates :D

Your battery is low on voltage. You shouldn't have added the gas. The car was getting enough as it was.
See if you can get it jumped and then take it to a auto parts store and have them check out the battery. They can do a load test on it. good luck.

Sounds like a dead battery to me. Was it ok before it sat empty?? Maybe your fuel pump went. Talk to a mechanic or check the battery. If it's not that try a new fuel pump (not too expensive). Good luck

probably just dirty battery cables, (they should be removed and cleaned every 2-3 months) clean them and charge or jump start the battery and see how it does. You may need a new battery, they can load test it at a Kragens or Autozone

Jump start it. It'll take about 10-15 mins for it to get a good enough charge and if you keep trying to start it before that it'll just run it down more.
