Depends on what you mean by "bashing." I mean, "bashing" itself implies that there is some glee in making claims against the Church, whether they are based on fact or not. At least, that's how I see most people using the term.
A Catholic -- ANY Catholic -- can have questions about and/or disagreements with the teachings of the Catholic Church. We are allowed to ask questions, assuming that we are willing to hear the Church's answers and weigh our response to those answers based on fact. Likewise, to a rather broad extent, we are free to disagree with Catholic teachings on various subjects, so long as (a) our actions are correct and not considered sinful by the Church and (b) we have a willingness to keep an open mind and allow our hearts to be changed by God should He see fit to do so.
So, for example, a person might say, "I disagree with the Catholic Church on capital punishment. They say it's wrong, but I think it's a good thing." As long as that person is not actively practicing capital punishment, they're okay, they can disagree. They can even vote for politicians who are in favor of capital punishment if that's not the prime reason they are voting for the person.
Another example, a Catholic person can say, "I disagree with the Church's teaching on premarital sex. I think premarital sex should be allowed." As long as they aren't actively participating in premarital sex and as long as they are willing to keep an open mind on the subject and hear the Church's arguments on that, then they're okay.
So it's fine to disagree with the celibacy rule for clergy or the pious belief that Mary suffered no labor pains at the birth of Christ (that's one I personally disagree with), as long as your actions are correct and you're willing to find out more about why the Church teaches that.
This isn't bashing, in my book, though. Bashing just sounds like you intentionally are trying to discredit Catholicism. If a Catholic wanted to do that, why on earth would they want to remain Catholic and continue to belong in what they themselves discredit?

To bash any religion is wrong. But if you see certain things that need changeing or that is outright against a bible teachings you are obligated to bring it to light.
But when you do this be sure to be specific. I mean a general term I hate all priests because some are pedofiles is not correct or is sterotypeing.
But to say in 1 timothy 3:1-3 says an overseer or spiritual leader should be a husband of one wife.
also, in the bible it says to stay away from those forbidding you to marry. It seems to be that making someone stay single is inviting problems.
When you critize be specific and why you think it is wrong.

It's probably not the most moral idea to bash any creed, culture, religion, race, etc-even if one is a member of the one in which they are bashing. It could make the group look even worse that someone from their own group is bashing them.

I can't see any personal benefit in verbally denigrating someone's belief. When the motivation to "bash" is only a desire to "make fools see the light," there arises within the "basher" an issue of pride (an unwillingness to learn) and lack of empathy/love for the one who is being "bashed".
I think it might make you feel bad.... Listen to the voice of your own conscience, and make your own decision.
If your reason for wanting to "bash" is to find answers, then try to find a way to get your answers without attacking another person's belief.

Bashing any whole group of people for any reason is NEVER acceptable no matter what. Who you are, who you were, is totally irrelevant.

Laughing at catholics is great for all. Even catholics are aware of how ridiculous their beliefs are, and can enjoy the laugh.
