I know that fiber is good for you, but can you have too much and what happens if you do?

Too much fiber can cause the reverse effect and make you constipated

it will prevent your body from absorbing enough nutrients to keep you healthy. part of the reason the concentration camp prisoners were starving was because they got too much fiber.
