A calorie is a calorie...if you eat more than what you burn you will gain weight...If you lover fruits that much stick to fresh fruits, eat the grapes rather than the raisins, bc dried fruits are less dense and contain added sugar...

eating too much of anything is bad for you. you should eat a rainbow of fruits and vegetables, not just one kind. raisins are just dried up grapes, after all. each color of fruit or veggie provides different nutrients that we need to be healthy.

raisins are good for you but very high in calories. however these are good calories rather than bad ones, but still watch out.

grapes are great for you as they contain lots of water.

i don't really understand what you're asking though?

fruits are good for you, not bad for you. eat fruits rather than crisps/cakes/biscuits!
