im not fat im pretty close to bein classified as skiny....i just have a small amount of fat in my belly region and im not sure if its extra fat or extra skin in my neck region which gives me a kind of a double chin when i rest my chin on my chest(my neck is a bit long also)....i also dont smile much cuz den my cheeks tend to look chubby(is dis extra fat or extra skin?)...will cycling 70 rpm for 30 mins help in reducin all dis fat....im a male 5 ft 8 and weigh 60 kilos(i hope this gives us some idea abt my body).....pls do answer all the questions stated above....wud really appreciate it

Your body will begin to burn fat within twenty minutes if you haven't had anything to eat in two hours. What you're doing should be fine if you go a little longer, say 10 minutes more.

My exercise bike registers 200 cal. burned for 15min. of hard pumping. It takes 4000 cal. to lose one pound, so 4000/200 = 20,: 15 min. sessions.

I think u should change ur sport. Cycling won't exercise ur cheek.
Try running instead coz dis sport bounces a lot of ur fats.
