be confident
have a good sense of humor
treat all people nicely, especially servers or employees
take a look at your clothes and grooming
wear decent shoes, girls check them out for some reason
be ready to put other people's needs ahead of your own
ask people questions & be a good listener, girls love that

Ha there are lots of ways. You could be charming, use flattery, buy them gifts this list goes on and on. Im sure you know a few. You just have to get out there and see what works for you. Hope this helps.

The fastest would be to make eye contact,smile while looking into her eyes and keep looking.They will feel attractive.then go and start talking to her about the everyday stuff but dont bore her to death.
