My dad is suffering from a stroke, his left hand and left leg are
difficult to move (but he can move little bit), what is the best
medicine in the market beside excise?

No drug is going to assist recovery, though he may need several to limit the risk of future additional strokes. Physical therapy and time will do what can be done.

No medicine helps. But the causes like diabetes can be well controlled for good results.
