Kittens wear off their energy with their littermates, who can't feel the claws because they have fur.
Right now hands mean 'toys' or 'play mates' for him, and he's not pulling his punches. He also will have very little control of his claws when he's this young.
Best you can do is make your skin unbiteable. Get to a pet supplies store and get a bottle of what's called Bitter Apple. This is safe, tastes AWFUL and it is made to stop dogs and cats from biting on things. Put it on your hands, wrists and lower arms and offer it to them to your cat to bite. He'll make that mistake ONCE, and back off right away showing he thought it was pretty bad. Do this for any bare legs too.
You can taste it yourself, just lick your hand after it's on. It's like biting into the skin of a banana. It won't hurt you.
Keep the Bitter Apple on your hands for several days. He'll get the idea quick that you suddenly taste just awful.
But you'll have to exercise him in some way to work off this energy. Get him some small stuffed toys to bite and kick. Some crumpled paper balls to skitter across the floor. If you use string, make sure he's not left alone with it because he'll eat it and that'll be a vet emergency.
He needs to play to develop his muscles and bones. Give him some substitutes. A laser pointer works great to have him run all around the room catching the red dot.

Hmm, I have a calico that is similar. The vet said it's just being a calico, but I'm not convinced of that. Madeline Athena, yes she does have a middle name, can be purring one minute and the next, a hissing demon. Once she would not let a friend of mine slip into the spare bed, as Madeline lay on top of it. I had to throw the blankets over her so my friend could get a nights rest. Them Madeline slunk off and came over to my bed, where she harrassed the other two kitties. I've had her since she and her litter were 4 days old. Bottle raised them and got good homes for the other 5. I'd love to hear a good solution also. madeline is 7 years old now. Steph

It sounds to me that your cat is having an attitude problem. LOL j/k
He is probably trying to express something that is bothering him, teeth maybe?? or, Maybe he needs more attention and love, HOWEVER, remember it is a kitten and they tend to be really active and jumpy and try to bite everything they see. Give it another couple of months and whenever hes biting something just replace it with a toy so he knows that hes only supposed to play with its toys and not with people's toes and fingers!! ;)
Did you call the vet yet?
:)

Your kitten is playing with you like you are his litter mate. I know how you feel, because I had the exact same problem with my kitten. I was covered in scratches every day. My solution was to get another kitty, so she would have someone else to play with, and for me it has worked perfectly. She doesn't bite or scratch me anymore, she gets all her play aggression out with the other kitty, and is only sweet to me now. If you have the means, I would suggest getting another cat.

Don't worry, it will stop eventually. Try getting him a scratching post or some toys. It's his teeth that are bothering him. Just like a baby when their teeth come out they want to bite everything in site.

I usually take it as my cat is playing with me the only place that she cites all the time is my leg, and the same one all the time, now my aunt has a mean cat, she always biting to anyone, and plus she's fat and when she jumps you have to deal with the bite and her weight.

It sounds like he's playing. He doesn't realize that, unlike his littermates, you don't have a protective layer of fur.
If he bites your hand, push your fingers a little deeper into his mouth for a few seconds. Don't choke him or make him gag, just make it an unpleasant experience.
Try squirt guns, cans with pennies, and the occasional (very light) thwaps on the rump

I think the cat ought to be given to someone you don't like much.
