I have been dieting for the past two and have managed to cut down considerably on my alcohol comsumption and food in general. As I don't eat between meals anyway I don't see the point of all the water the experts say I should be drinking. I've tried to drink at least a litre and a half (did this for a week) but find I am peeing all the time and don't want my work colleagues to think there is something wrong with me.I am also kept up at night with this problem and find I am tired during the day as I am not sleeping right through the night.

Thanks TONY H for your sauna suggestion but my finances wouldn't manage 3 times a week.

The water has many attributes to aid in weight loss. The first, and most obviously, it helps you to feel full. Secondly, especially when beginning a weight loss program, water is the single best thing to help wash out all the impurities in your body. Thirdly, when you first start losing weight, you tend to lose "weight water" first. If not replenished, this can put your body into a tail spin electrolyte-wise, therefore replacing the water is essential. It doesn't add weight (as you know, since you are going to the bathroom all the time), it just is getting rid of all the bad things that have been storing up for awhile. Try to continue for a little while longer with the water. Your body will adjust and you will find you are excusing yourself to the bathroom less and less. Good luck!

Drinking the water is good for you, it gets a lot of the toxins out of your body. You should try going to a sauna at least 3 times a week, or doing anything that will help you sweat it out. That way you wont pee as much, and your skin will start to look really healthy to boot! Water is always the best thing to drink, but just like anything, dont drink to much. You can water log yourself, and it will make you feel very slugish at times. You can go to GNC and buy Hydroxicut, it helps you get rid of excess water weight as well. If your not that active, I would suggest cutting your water consumption back a little, but if you are very active, more water the better. The more you sweat, the less you pee. I hope this helps, and good luck to you!

The idea is to drink one glass of water before each meal. Your stomach should need a little less food then at mealtimes. That's how water aids weight loss.

According to Gil Grissom on CSI, you can survive 3 weeks without food, 3 days without water and 3 minutes without air. water will keep you hydrated, aid in digestion and help you feel full, so you don't snack as much. You can't do anything about the frequent urination, unless you're talking about going every 1o minutes or something - see a doctor if it's that frequent. A liter and a half of water is still less than everyone needs each day - 2 quarts is more like it - they say 8 glasses of water a day (8 oz glasses)

However i do have to pee A LOT during school i tend not to focus on it during my sport practices or games and even during sleep it helps me forget about using the restroom find something to keep you occupied. And since i started drinking water i was only able to drink a gallon and now i moved up to 2 and a half gallons i notice a diffrence i stay full longer i feel more energized and i feel more energy during practice. so water does help just stick with it promise me.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

i drink 4 to 6 liters of water per day, i started off with less and gradually started drinking more. Youre bladder gets used to it and after a week it should be easier. Its great for your skin as well as weight lose. 1 and a half liters isnt enough for your body to run on healthily.. drink at LEAST 2 and if ur exercising, drink 3-4
