Now how in the world would you come up with such an Idea? I have heard the debate on his being married and truthfully it does not matter to me one way or the other. He may have been as it would have been unusual in that period of time for him not to have been, however his bride is the Church whom he is going to marry upon his return to earth. (symbolic I know) so that may be enough to fulfill his duty and obligation of marriage. I have never heard even from the loser atheists on here that he may have committed adultery or had any other sexual sins. We know he did not commit any sin other wise he could not have been the savior.

No.

He did not have sex with her, nor did He have to. He gave her egg life. He can do that, being God, you see. He is the Creator of life.

Marriage and sex is just for us. God desires that people only have sex with the one person who they spend the rest of their lives with - in the covenant we know as marriage. Over the millenia, mankind has cheapened and distorted the idea of marriage and intimacy to the point that people are confused as to the balance of each.

As a side note, if everyone only had sex after they were married and only had sex with thier spouse, we would not have the rampant spread of STD's, AIDS, unmarried teen pregnancies and such. I also believe that more than half of our inner-city poverty would be non-existent if the nucleus family was intact.

This was a lot to answer a simple question, but there it is anyway.

In a way, yes. In fact, Joseph wanted to divorce Mary for that very reason.

Lighten up, my fellow Christians, she does have a point. Think about the situation of God impregnating a 14 year old girl as if you haven't been taught it is the truth your entire life. It seems a bit dodgy, no?

Wasn't Mary gods spirit daughter? That means she was made pregnant by her father....so Jesus is Marys son and sister.

Not married to marry? Are you a Christian by any chance?

No, because He didn't have sex with her. It was not sexual relations that got her pregnant. Mary was a virgin, and stayed that way until Jesus was born.

No God didn't have sex with Mary, Jesus was born supernaturally.

It wasn't adultry....but then again...you obviously wouldn't understand. Read a Bible and pray, that's what it takes for understanding.
