So a few christians have REALLY been bashing the atheists lately. Please remember that when you fight fire with fire we all get burned. Fight fire with water, its the most logical.
you are allowing hate into your life. Hate = absence of God

When the moderates on both sides of an argument fail to make peace then the extremists will win. We have seen this again and again in history. In Britain we endured over 20 years of conflict in Northern Ireland because the moderates were constantly vetoed by the extremists in their own camp, and even now that that Sinn Fein and the Ulster Unionists have finally made peace the even more extreme elements in Republicanism are still trying to sabotage it. Fighting fire with fire may eventually stop the conflagration but only if your firebreak is controlled otherwise you simply help spread the fire. Unfortunately that seems to be precisely what we are doing today. We are forcing people to choose sides, and many Muslims are being forced into choosing between faith and country. We need to make everyone understand that it is possible to be a good Muslim and a good citizen. It is the same issue as we had in the days of the religious wars in Europe. Could you be a Catholic and a loyal Englishman? There is a serious issue about freedom of speech in the draw Mohammed campaign but by pursuing it in this juvenile fashion it simply makes all Muslims feel insulted. There is no difference between the Koranic injunctions on making images than the Jewish or Christian ones, (look it up in the Koran). The prohibition on making pictures of Mohammed was to prevent people making an idol of him, but you can make a idol in your heart as well as in clay, and that is where the debate should be aimed.

Thats EXACTLY what i fail to understand. If these christians are hating on gays, atheists and etc... why even call yourself christian? I see it has a insult if you do that. Just let a person be what they wanna be, even if its "I dont believe in God". Some believe some dont. Arguing back isnt making them to start believing. cuz "if you fight fire with fire u get burned"

I see no question, but I agree, and then some. When we hate, we hurt ourselves. What we hate has no such reaction. The best way for me to stay health is unconditional love, no matter what. I don't always live up to that. When I do though, it doesn't hurt like hate, intolerance, prejudice, ect. So I try just to accept people as they are, right where they are. Everyone is doing their best. I'm the one not doing my best when I allow neg. feelings overtake me.
Blessed Be

not everyone is equipped to evangelize effectively sadly almost everyone thinks they are especially in the fundamentalist sects. they usually do more damage to the christian faith, whilst well intentioned sometimes they miss the point or overstep the mark. no offence to our seperated brothers and sisters in christ. we should all take example from jesus when we feel the need to speak in the name of christianity including asking the holy spirit in prayer for guidance. evangelize with prayer, patience and charity at all times, by your actions and sometimes the best thing to do is simply pray for others. atheists deserve the same respect as those in your church.
