Cecil Loeb also is good. But it is slightly less detailed than Harrison`s.

Great books are already posted. There's no unique mexican internal medicine book that carries the same weight as the Harrison or the Oxford though there's some great mexican books of certain subspecialties of internal medicine. Most IM books used in Mexico are spanish translations of the Harrison and the Oxford which are great books nonetheless (though the Harrison uses too much space discussing research articles which annoys me, I haven't read the 16th edition yet though). I've never used the Washington book, never even heard of that book before. It's not a book that's used in Mexico for the most part.
