Its depends on your leg length - go to a bike shop and have them fit you for a bike.

WAyyyyyyy big for you. You need no more than a 15" in an adult bike, and even that might be big unless you are long-legged. A 19" is for someone about 5'8" to 5'11, give or take an inch. I ride a 17 or 18 and am 5'6".

19" is a good frame size; you get the most choices of brands and styles. If it doesn't fit don't buy it, but consider:
--- A smaller frame may not be as durable.
--- Component replacements are easier to find on medium sizes
--- If you decide to sell it, it is a popular size.
--- A bigger frame should be steadier on steep hills.
