drivers door jam has a label, on the top corner you'll find a month and year

calling Fords 800 number will usually give you the answer if wanting to know the exact day of manufacture (Bikertrash's answer however is the best IMO) as the sticker on the door will only show a month and year of build.

E-mail me the VIN number and I will send you a copy of the OASIS printout on the vehicle that will include the sold date, build date and some other information about the vehicle.

Look inside your drivers door and there should be a lable that has all this information. If it's not there it may be inside your hood.
