I have a good one,

I know so many women who refuse to use weights as a part of their exercise routine because they think they can "accidentally" over do it and end up looking like Chyna (from pro wrestling)

There is NOTHING accidental about Chynas physique (except the facial hair from the steroids)

that said, i'll go with the one i'm most passionate about: hear this:
CARBS DO NOT MAKE YOU FAT!!!! NOT EATING THEM MAKES YOU BRAINDEAD... THEN YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT YOU NEED TO EAT THEM IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ENERGY AND GET ALL YOUR NEEDED NUTRIENTS!!!!!

wait i can't just stop there... you gave me a chance to unleash... here goes!...
eat less, move more. eat balanced. less processed is more nutritious. pretzles are okay. dognuts are too... sometimes. objects in motion stay in motion. it's all about disciplin and balance. you can't lose your stomach without loosing some everywhere. crunches don't make you skinny. water DOES HELP. pills do work... when you work: they are an aid, not an answer, and not even always worth cost! whinning does not make it stop. i know chocolate is good... but so are strawberries, so eat strawberries more and chocolate sometimes. girls don't bulk from lifting... unless they looked like men before they lifted! asking the questions don't really take you any closer to where you want to be. something is better than nothing... if you can't do an hour, do ten minutes. when you blow a tire, don't blow the other three... get back on track! be 90% good 90% of the time. better bad choices are KEY when you have that urge for ice cream. you have a choice... you can eat poorly now and be satisfied for the durration of the snack in front of you or you can make the right choice and be satisfied in the big picture... and with pride. you have to take care of yourself because nobody can do it for you!

here are some of the biggest fallacies:

that training at a low intensity using light weights and high reps is "optimum" for fat loss.

that not eating after 4pm, etc. is optimum for fat loss

the existence of toning exercises

that getting big is easy

that performing hundreds of crunches daily will get you a 6-pack

consuming fat in the diet makes you fat

that the source of calories does not matter

facts are the truth about excercise u know like..... uh exercises that are aerobic are those in which your muscles use oxygen to function, these exercises are also the ones that make you breathe faster, sweat and feel your heart POUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
