Depending on the circumstances, you could expect anything from an honorable to a good of the Navy(?) discharge. I wouldn't expect a less than honorable unless there are other factors involved.
Best bet would be to ask a recruiter or your CO. They would be able to give you an exact answer based on your circumstance.

RE-3t reinlistment code and administrative discharge under honorable conditions. In the Navy it is 3 PFA's within 4 years.

My friend recently recieved this. She recieved and RE-3E. Its basically a medical discharge. Honorable. You can even get back in, if you can prove that the problem is behind you.

The least favorable discharge you could recieve is a " General Discharge"

anything from a General Under Honorable to an honorable DC. Depends on your past evals, your work ethic and whether or not the CoC wants to make an example out of you to scare the rest of them into passing their PFT.

You would get an administrative discharge, unable to meet standard, but it's still an honorable discharge.
