I posted yesterday that we were finally going to have another baby after a year of trying. Much to my surprise, The answers team deleted the question for inappropriate content and said it was against community guidelines. This happen to anyone else?

And honestly I wasn't trying to get people free points, I just needed to tell someone. We don't have a lot of friends here and I guess I just really neededo tell it, you know?

I don't think the content of your message was inappropriate. I have read a lot worse on here.

Yahoo are a bit too strict. They want genuine questions. They removed one of mine last year because it was not a question. So they do not remove simply because the contribution was offensive but because they want us to ask questions. I personally think that your post was great... So congratulations. I am a father of 5 kids (two wives --- separated by a divorce, LOL)

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

That has not happened to me. However, it is against the rules to post dialogue, or anything that is not in the question and answer format. Perhaps that is what they considered inappropriate? Other than that, I do not know.

Again, congratulations!

I responded to your post and thought it was great!! That's too bad that they removed it! I suppose they are looking for actual questions, but still. Don't let it get you down, lots of us read it and are still super happy for you!! Congrats again!!
