First things first, i dont care what anybody else believes in and i am in no way trying to tell anyother person they are wrong for their beliefs. With that said, there are alot of things that are beyond us and earth both physically and otherwise. The Bible has its own version of why they are here and where they came from which many people believe in and for all anybody trully knows could be right. I personally however go with science on this matter. Try starting out by reading stephen hawkings theory of everything, also reaserch some of albert einsteins work on the subject. It is beleived that there are actualy four universes, chew on that four a while.

The better a masterpiece is, the extra we knw how large the guy who made it. God's power won't be able to be defined, he created the universe so extensive that we are able to under no circumstances see the top of it to knw tht God's power has no end besides. and for sure all of that power is interior the hand of somebody previous clever, somebody who created each little cellular in us from scratch, created the guidelines of gravity and each thing... for sure God has extra reasons to create such extensive universe yet we are able to under no circumstances comprehend God's recommendations, in simple terms there are questions we will under no circumstances know the respond for till we meet him.

Is it large to you or large to him Why would GOD make something small and feeble. I believe that he is an all powerful God and that His creation is an example of how extravagant he is and what he is capable of. Look at the death burial and Resurrection of Christ. Think about the garden of Eden where they never worked and it never rained but there was always perfect fruit. can you say WOW my God is in-fact an awesome GOD and you can as the created just by looking at the rest of creation. We used to believe that a cell was the smallest part of life we now know about organelles inside of cells what else is their on a microscopic level that we will never understand.

I am sure that God has an unknown purpose for the rest of the universe. We all know that we lost the capability of living forever when Adam and Eve sinned. Once this privilege of living everlastingly is reinstated back to us, perhaps we will have time to visit all the fascinating things that the whole universe has to offer.

Beacuse, it all fits in his hand.
there right, there are more stars then grains of sand.
you could count all the stars in our gal 1 a second..all 20billion I belive.(or is it more) and it would take you sevral lifetimes.
And God named them all.
and the universe is growing, at a stunning rate, its expanding quicker then we can find the end of it.
he did that to show how powerfull he is.
and then think. he love YOU.
knows the hairs on your head.
wants to make the best life possible for you.
not only did he orastrate the univeres expansive size its ornatly deatiled and so scientific that it makes you just stand in awe of Him.
thats why.
+ think if he just spoke and the universe started growing since day one and it still is, and hes leaving it alone beacuse its doing what he told it to do perfectly, and he is taking his time now to make YOU a place. dude, I cant wait.

A great question and one which wants an answer, which I'm sure those of a religious bent here will provide. The universe is unbelievably vast, isn't it? The trillion galaxies in each of which there are trillions of stars--wow! To be sure, I harbor my 'beliefs' in this regard, but I'd rather know yours. Be well, be forever well.

According to a recent Nova special, there are more stars in the universe than there are grains of sand on all the beaches in all the world.
And god made this "for man"? Hmmm! Talk about overkill!

Your pastor has his head in a cat pan. As well, his belief of there being no other intelligent entities in the universe is absolutely close minded. He sounds to me, like so many religious cons. His premise is that humans ( males) were given dominion, by god, over EVERYTHING. Mercy, what a fantasy. Personally, it makes no difference to me what the foundation of an individuals belief system is. All that matters to me is how their behavior affects the global quality of life.

...God does things in a "Big" way... and there "may" be "ET",
The Bible says He Created the "worlds"... He just doesn't tell us about them and we really don't need to be concerned with them "if" they are "out there"... that's God's business. But you will have the opportunity to ask Him when you step into eternity (some day)........ He tells us in 1st. Corinthians Chapter 13 vs. 12 that "we" don't see it all clearly now...but will in time.....

Do you always listen to what your pastor tells you? What would be the point in creating a huge back drop for nothing? A god didn't create the universe. There is no such thing as a god
