how many pastors/bishops has the gift to raise the dead or heal the blind[like so many in the bible?

None - Those gifts were only used during the early church. We see them being used less often even when Paul writes Timothy and tells him to use a little wine for his stomach problem.

They all can if they stepped out and did it.
Ive seen blind see, ive seen the mute speak, ive seen the deaf hear, ive seen peoples arms be healed, cast litealy being taken off beacuse a compound fracture a few days before was perfect after he said he was healed, didnt even pray, just said your arms heald and broke the cast off. Ive seen people who one legs shorter then the other and when they where prayed for the leg grew to the leingth of the other. Ive yet to see the dead rise but if someone died in front of me...they wouldnt be dead for long, I promise you.

Trust me...healings happen, God moves. We dont do it. HE dose.
Its nothing in us or for us. but to help them and stringhten faith of both.
Pastor Arts right, many who have dont bost. no reason to, God is the one that did it anyway. just using them.

None. Only God can heal, only God has true life, only God has light for the blind. Only God can create.

The things which you speak of are both gifts and proofs available to the entire body of Christ; those which have the unadulterated word of God. The evidence of healing, and restoration of life (physical and spiritual) is given as proof that Jesus Christ is alive.

These things are not only proofs but promises given to every Christian and were purchased through the blood of Jesus Christ at Calvary. The power of God's grace is available to any Christian who asks in faith.

A lot of churches, groups, and persuasions talk the talk; but if you can't write the check only three things are possible. You have no funds, your account is frozen or you are no account to start with.

God has never changed and Jesus did say that what we see him do, we can also do even beyond it. Since he has not changed, it means that he is still in the business of healing the sick, raising the dead etc.

His children including His ministers are still being used as vessels to deliver these miracles. I have seen such miracles.

The date this occurred was _____ I'm don't recall the exact date, but I've made some calls to find out. I'm pretty sure its been within the last ten years or less. When I find out, I'll update this answer.

I think the modern day miracle ye speak of is not raise the dead, but fleece the sheep who want to believe what they want to be true, not what is true
