I had a dream the other night that I was driving in my car, as I pressed the brakes to stop, it seemed that my car didn't want to stop and I was struggling to not let my car hit the car ahead of me.
I couldn't stop and crashed slowly into it. Next thing I know I was in the person's car that I had hit. It was my neighbor (who is a nurse) and she was lighting a ciggarette. I asked her"since when do you smoke?" and she responded that the ciggarette wasn't for her it was for her mom (who was sitting in the passenger side).
Then I woke up.
FYI: My neighbor's mom had lung cancer about a year ago (she is doing well now, though). I smoke and have been thinking about quitting...

I think that the car that can't stop means that you feel out of control. Since you are thinking about quitting, the car might represent your addiction to cigarettes, which you are working hard to keep in line, but you feel you can't stop.
Addictions have a very powerful pull on your dreams.
Seeing your nieghbor means that you have been thinking about her, or her mom, at least on some level, and you most likely fear that you might be harmed by smoke.

Your dream is about your smoking. Not being able to find the brakes on your car represents not have self control or being in control of a issue you are dealing with. The reason you crash into your neighbor's car is because your on a collision course with the same issue she is dealing with. Your dream is from God. It's a warning.

l think in has to do with you smoking and trying to quit.you drive the car to fast and try to stop. then your in your neighbor's car in the passenger's seat you are sitting in her mother's place.don't wait for the warning signs of lung cancer.just put those cigarettes away forever. this is a serious dream that is warning you. good luck l really hope you do quit very soon.

I would guess that, though you want to quit smoking, you feel you don't have control over it. And, other people are crossing your personal boundaries, and you don't have control over that either. Smoking is one of the hardest habits to break. You can prove just how strong you are by quitting. Go for it!

Sorry. beforehand I created Jesus, i attempted to create an incubus to bypass down and impregnate Mary, even though it grew to become out to be gay and not involved. that's when I invented the Holy Spirit. besides, this incubus seems lots like Jesus, so as that's probable who you observed, no longer the actual Jesus.
