If something happens in infinite time and it appears random, as in, we haven't found a way to prove it was meant to happen other than it did, does that really make it random or are we just missing some of the evidence to prove it was not random?

Go to the speed of light and time becomes infinite, according to Einstein. Go to God, who is light, and what does this question mean? Time is infinity and everything exists that does exist. Nope not random.

Yes it can be proved.
1) let X = infinite time
2) let Y = an event

Since X is prior to Y, there must be an element Z such that Z implies Y with respect to X and therefore Y cannot be random.

If you roll a dice and get a face up with 3 dots, do you consider that a random event? If so, the answer is yes. If not, then answer is no.
