um i was talking to this guy i really like on the phone and he had to go do something so he said .."are you gonna call me later or tomorrow?"..and i said "do you want me to?"..and he said "it doesnt matter" so i said "well do you want me to or not?".. and he said "yeah call me later or tomorrow"..
do i sound like a *****?
does it sound like he wants to talk and i dont?
do you think i may have upset him?

It sounds like he wanted to continue the conversation but had to leave for the time being. I'd say he wants you to call him back and was just a bit shy of saying so, so instead he replied, "it doesn't matter..." I don't think you upset him- I think you are reading too much into something that was really quite simple. Call him back tomorrow and carry on the conversation.

Well you did come off kind of strong, most guys say that it doesnt matter when it really does, just give him a call. I dont think he is upset, but try not to do that alot cause he might think you are a *****.

calm down. i don't think its right that he expects U to call him. he isn't making the effort . he should call you and if he thinks that your being rude, then he needs to take a hike. im sure you sound fine, i mean, who can blame u for asking? i would of done the same!

you should call him, usually the guy always has to call the girl, always has to ask to go out for a date, ALWAYS has to make the effort, so i guess, by when you said do you want me to ? you kinda made him back off a bit, so go the extra effort, and call him .

he wants to talk to you.
if he asks if you are going to call he wants you to.
don't ask just say yeah sure i'll call you around x time.
if you get in the habit of questioning it makes it seem like you can't make up your mind or need it made up for you.
be agressive in your decisions but not rude when you ask like that.
it's like what do you want for dinner, i don't know what do you want, i don't know what do you want, i don't care, well i don't care... just pick a dang place...
say what you want and do what you say

Lisa, dont bother calling him. A guy would definitely let you know if he wanted you to call him or not. Dont bother, find someone who can't wait for you to call him.
