To be honest, a self diagnosis for this kind of condition is not a good idea... If you are depressed or anxious about things, you are likely to over-exagerate any "symptoms" and convince yourself that there is something far worse wrong than is actually the case...
You really should see a doctor if you feel you need a deffinate diagnosis.
In the mean time, there is a natural medicine that works to releive symptoms of depressions and anxiety... This was reccomended to me by my own doctor as a first step to try when I went ot see her about depression... It's called "St. John's Wort" and can be bought quite innexpensively.
If this doesn't help, then go see your doctor... You wouldn't want to make yourself fee any worse by dosing up on drugs that could do more harm than good... They are in a much better position to help.
Good luck!

Go to a professional for a proper diagnosis. Self diagnosis is usually incorrect and unwise. You can get recommendations from the doctor about remedies, whether natural or medicinal.

You should never self-diagnose mental health problems, they should always be diagnosed by a psychiatrist.
As for natural remedies, I'm into complimentary therapy and have ever heard of anything for bi-polar.

I'm skeptical of this "self-diagnosed" bipolar, but the key to treating bipolar is finding a regimen of medications to stablize the moods. This is a complicated process and needs to be monitored by a professional. There are no natural solutions if you truly are bipolar. See a psychiatrist to get properly diagnosed, and go from there.

Why are you self diagnosed? There is nothing to be ashamed about if you have a mental health problem. It's dangerous to try and self medicate, even with natural remedies. Go and see your GP.

You should not play doctor. Go see one to get a diagnosis. But to answer your question. Fish Oil, Omega 3 has been studied and shows mood stabilization in bipolar pts. Had to use a ton if it, but the study was done with true bipolars in Boston.

A bottle of common sense. If you aren't a doctor you aren't qualified to "digonise" anyone.

Go to the doctor....They're perfectly natural and will give you a remedy!!! Self-diagnosis is always wrong and most people are a slight hypochodriac...especially men.

i am too, and only recently started getting proper med... if you are asking i assume it is because you are aware of your moods affecting every area of your life?? i was so far up and down my own children couldnt stand to be around me... i started getting meds, and have to try several different ones... my family doc wants me to see a psychaitrist. but i have yet to make that app.. i am honest with her and she even said refusal to help myself is part of the problem.... and will work with me to get better, she still every time i go for refill or new med suggests that i make that appt with a shrink.... this is not a problem that you can treat yourself, i tried and only got worse......
