I know people are not perfect.
But i really want to have perfect looking skin.
Does anyone have any tips on different foods to eat that make our skin nice. and how many letres of water are we ment to drink.. ect

8-12 glasses of water a day
fresh, unprocessed foods - whole grains, lean meats, nuts, egg whites, fish, nut butters, avocados, ground flax seeds, fruit, veggies, legumes, soy and milk products- as much organic as possible.
stay away from sugars, anything thats made out of white flower, junk food, fried foods, ketchup, sodas, alcohol etc.
if you dont get enough healthy fats in your diet take omega or flax oil capsules and also multivitamin.

Eat a balanced diet (food pyramid) and drink plenty of water (2L/day).

The water is much more important then the food

follow the food pyramid.
a lot of the food-skin rules are myths.
if you want your skin to glow, feed it properly. get the nutrients you need andkeep hydrated!

for the issue of how much liquid you should consume:drink in ounces your weight divided by two!

Example:) if you weighed 100pounds- doctors suggest you drink 50 ounces per day!
