I have downloaded a game with ISO extension. I think that the download is OK, but I have a problem with unpacking it.

I cannot start autorun because it says that it cannot find a file(but I think it's in there). Is it trully an error, or I have to open it with different program?

yeah winiso, daemon tools and all that are good, winrar can extract the files, as can winiso and magiciso and a ton of others, daemon tools and alcohol 120% are a bit cooler because what they do is turn the ISO into a virtual CD so it'll be like disc drive F: or whatever you want to set that's not taken, so you don't have to burn the cd's and you don't have to extract them taking up space, you can just move it to a directory where you'd like to keep it and "mount" it whenever you want
you can go here for daemon tools, it's free

You need a program such as Nero Burning ROM or Roxio Easy Media Creator to burn the ISO file to a CD before you can use it, or a program that can mount ISO files as virtual CD-ROMs.

An ISO is a CD Image file. You will need a CD Burner software that supports ISO to burn the image to a CD. However, anti-pirate code on the disk could make it unusable. So be prepared to burn an unusable disk.

An ISO is an image of a cd.

You'll need to burn it, rather than unpack it. Try opening the file with a burning program.

Hope this helps!

ISO files are cd/dvd rom image files, you can either burn them to cd/dvd media with a burning program (like InfraRecorder - http://infrarecorder.sourceforge.net/) and a cd/dvd burner or mount them to a virtual drive with software (like daemon tools - http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/announcements.php), which is my preferred method. Why burn a disc if you don't have to?

Try Daemon Tools or WInIso to mount it as a virtual CD drive.

Try opening it with MagicISO. You can then create a bootable image that you either save to your hard drive or make a bootable CD/DVD.

Hope this helps.
