Milk and dairy products are healthy. Milk contains calcium and sugar (lactose) that won't rot your teeth. The cream is also high in fats but these are not the type of fats that will fur up your arteries etc. However, too much cream and you are likely to put extra weight on LOL. As for skimmed milk, this has had some of the nutrients removed during the process of removing the fats. Adults can get away with using skimmed milk in tea but for growing children, full fat milk is excellent for helping them to devlop good, strong bones, teeth, hair etc. One thing to be wary of is some health freaks will declare dairy produce to be unhealthy but they themselves have to pop loads of chemicals down their throat to provide their bodies with the vitamins, calcium and minerals that they don't get from natural produce. To prove the point, why do we encourage mothers to breastfeed their babies? Because we know that the milk contains everything the baby needs to develop into a healthy child. Therefore, we know that milk is healthy, including the fats.

One of the answers said something about encouraging mothers to breastfeed. But when they say breastfeed they dont mean cow's milk.
Humans are the only species to drink milk after infancy, but most of us dont drink the correct kind and after all the fermentation and whatnot its not even good for you.

In a simple yes-or-no fashion: NO.
Milk has added hormones and natural hormones from the cow itself. Our bodies are not intended to put up with a mix of these hormones; thus it screws up with our hormones and cause an array of health problems for us. Milk consumption is also linked to teenage acne, and possibly adult acne.
