Based on my search of a Thai companies database, I found about 30 companies using "Eureka" in some way, but couldn't find a company with this specific name.
However, I suggest you visit the Ministry of Commerce where all registered companies details are checked.
If you are setting up a company, I suggest you speak to a lawyer, who would help you with all this kind of thing : )

I checked a database that is supposed linked to the Thailand ministry of commerce and "Eureka World Services" does not appear. The database search is free. http://www.dbthai.com/login.asp
And you can check directly at the ministry of commerce, http://www.moc.go.th/, there is an english version.
